In this interactive workshop, I introduce a developmental way of exploring the sacred. This recognizes the complexities of the human journey and the importance of developing our own sense of self. It is about being comfortable in our own skin. For example, for those from the Christian tradition, this is about leaving behind the Sunday School God, and developing an authentic sense of the self and the sacred. The workshop will consider the necessity of outgrowing dysfunctional religious and family systems, finding inclusive and compassionate communities where we can thrive.
